主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Mona Makhija is a business professor at Ohio StateUniversity located in Columbus, Ohio. Professor Makhija's research focuses on anumber of issues relating to international strategy. This work has appeared inleading academic journals such as the Academy of Management Review, StrategicManagement Journal, Organization Science, Journal of International BusinessStudies, and Advances in International Management. She has presented herresearch at top academic and professional meetings, conferences and universitiesaround the world.
Her research examines the institutional features ofnational environments that affect the structure and strategy of firms, thenature of competition and the behavior of managers. She also studies thestructure and evolution of global industries, and the international strategiesand organization of multinational firms competing in these industries. Much ofher work utilizes primary data on managers and firms from around the world,including Latin America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia.
